Outta Town Productions opens up our reservations now for our Annual Telluride Ski Trip, which will take place Jan 6-9, 2011.
Trip will include all transportation, 3 days lift passes, a multi-bus party, commemorative t-shirt and a deli style sandwich for the trip home.
There are a few changes for this trip now, so please read all this information thoroughly:
Meeting place - (This location will change!!! Will update ASAP) Fry's Marketplace at I-17 and Bell Rd, SW corner Meeting time - 6:30AM Thursday Jan 6, 2011
Departure - PROMPTLY at 7:30AM
Lodging - Telluride Lodge condos
Arrive Telluride approximately 4:30PM with plenty of time to food shop for condos and scope out the town in daylight.
Depart Telluride Sunday 3:00PM, arriving in Phoenix by midnight.
Registration and deposits must now be done per individual. One person per online registration with all information filled out completely. Fill out registration,then mail a check(check can cover more than one registration) to: OTP 515 E Carefree Hwy #1009, Phoenix AZ 85085.
Deposit is $150 per person and is due by October 1, 2010. Deposit becomes non-refundable at this time. No PayPal, credit or debit cards will be accepted for payment. Check, money order or cash only.
Total cost for trip is $389 per person. Balances will be due by November 15, 2011. All fees become non-refundable on November 15, 2010. A wait list will be taken to try and fill spots if you should need to drop from this trip.
Every year, we have a blast, and people want to invite more friends, but we have only 54 spots available on our bus. They are first come, first served. If you have a group who want to be together, let me know and I'll get you in same condos or next door. All lodging is maximum occupancy and we'll have two and three bedroom condos that sleep up to 8 people in each.
So register soon, but keep in mind you do not have a spot until your check arrives to OTP.
