Tri-Ball - Grass Draw Volleyball Tournament July 24, 2010

Saturday July 24, 2010, Outta Town Productions presents a very unique grass volleyball draw tournament. Entry fee is only $10 per person, so you need not try to get a team together. Enter as a single and teams will be drawn from the hat.
Tri-Ball is played on a three net court with one volleyball between three teams at once. The court is made up of one center pole, with three nets stretched out in thirds of a circle, like a peace sign. Teams of three or four players can hit the ball over any net, trying to take points away from both other teams. Serving and rotation rules will be explained at the tournament. Strategy and quickness come into play for this fun, challenging game of volleyball. Only a few AZ players have ever played this game, but they can attest how much fun it is! And we'll have CASH prizes.
We will play on the grass at Cactus Park at 39th Avenue and Cactus Rd. Check-in is at 8AM and we'll draw teams at 8:15 to try and start play at 8:30AM. Being on grass, it will remain cooler than sand, and the park has huge mature shade trees and a public pool for anyone who wishes to swim after the tournament.
Register and pay online with PayPal at OuttaTownProductions.com.
Bring chairs, canopies, sunblock, sunglasses, and plenty of water and snacks. Lots of fast food nearby, too.

Just so you are aware, this event is posted on a couple other volleyball groups, so it is a go, regardless of the names signed up on OTP's website.

So come out and try something new. It's a blast to play and very addicting. Play smart and play to survive!
